This Static Stretch Series is another go-to that brings my aching body great relief! I found this series from @mikechangofficial on Instagram. I think that is something my 25+ years of fitness training and yoga teaching has revealed to me: study the greats, then make it your own.
This series is nearly verbatim with Mike’s. I added a few tweaks to progress and regress each stretch. The video has audio cues to assist your education. Once learned, it’s about a 10 min “exercise snack.”
